Four Egyptian customers from Egypt Radio and TV Union (ERTU) visited Coship Shenzhen Headquarters from May.16th to May.19thdue to the invitation from Mr. Yuan Ming, President & CEO of Coship. During the period, ERTU visited Coship Headquarters’ show room and Longgang production base accompanied by Mr. Yang Ruiliang, Executive Assistant of Coship, and ERTU praised for Coship production technique and quality control system. At the same time, ERTU also visited the SZMG and Topway booths which combined with Coship “Triple Play” services on the sixth ICIF in Shenzhen.
ERTU is Egypt Radio and TV Union’s abbreviation belongs to Egypt Ministry of Media. This time’s visit is the return visit due to Coship visiting Egypt at the beginning of this year. During last trip, Coship signed Strategy Cooperation Agreement with ERTU. The current broadcasting transmission network in Egypt is mainly through satellite channels (received via decoders) and analogue terrestrial/land channels, but Egypt government has announced a plan to digitize all transmissions of its networks through a 5 year plan starting from 2010. ERTU hopes to achieve the plan with Coship according to Coship’s experience and many successful cases in DTV industry. On the other hand, ERTU is interested in introducing Coship’s security products and mobile communication products to Egypt market.
